Insurance

Kidzcare have all relevant insurances required to run these childcare services.  These can be inspected on request.

 The Care Commission

As a childcare provider we are regulation by an organisation known as the CARE COMMISSION, whose role it is to ensure that any facilities which care for children (for more than 2 hours per day) do so within a number of guidelines.

It is this body who grant our registration certificate as proof that we have complied with all necessary regulations.  All Kidzcare after school clubs, holiday clubs and nurseries have been fully registered by the Care Commission.  Parents who are interested can ask the centre manager to view the relevant registration certificate for their centre at any time. All the Breakfast Clubs run for less than 2 hours a day and therefore we cannot register them with the Care Comission but we fully comply with their requirements for the registered centres.

Record Keeping/Data Protection

 All records pertaining to children and accounts will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act and our own standards of confidentiality.
