Fees may vary at each club depending on the facilities on offer. We operate a number of term-time rates. Please contact your Centre Manager for details of which rates apply to your child’s club.
Full time
Available in selected clubs, this applies to parents who need cover Monday to Friday during term time. This rate will always be substantially discounted in order to provide excellent value for money for those parents who need it.
Part time
This applies to parents who may only need regular cover for one, two or three days per week. We still agree days at enrolment time and then charge for those days in advance via a monthly invoice.
Siblings
In selected clubs, 2nd siblings may receive 10% discount and local arrangements can be made for families who would like 3 children from a family to attend. You will find that we offer fantastic value for parents who need this level of care.
Working Families Tax Credit
We are very happy to accommodate families who have access to Working Families Tax Credit and already are delighted to be enabling this for many families at this time. For those who are unsure about this facility, we are happy to lend a hand in helping to understand the conditions required for this.
Workplace Vouchers
We are registered with number of voucher copanies and we accept vouchers as part or full payment of fees. For our registartion details with these companies please contact Kidzcare office.
Students
We also work with a number of colleges who can provide childcare funds to students attending their courses. Usually, the student only requires a confirmation letter of registration from us in order to access the college/university funding. We are happy to liaise with the appropriate organisations if requested by our customers.
